Our blog contains articles about mental health, emotions, finding yourself, venturing out of your comfort zone, family, friends, love, sleep, healthy recipes, and more! The aim of our blog is to help you find comfort in knowing that there are people out there who understand you and relate to you, having experienced similar situations that you may be currently experiencing. While I (Eashtha) have written some of the articles myself, some have been written by psychologists, horse riding instructors, mentors, family, and near and dear friends. It’s important to note that we are in not licensed to provide medical advice. We are simply sharing our thoughts on topics of interest. If you need medical advice, please seek a doctor as soon as possible. Instead, we encourage you to think of our blog as an older sibling - one who you can trust and seek advice from when in doubt.
Our hope is to build a supportive community around mental health and issues that young adults face so that no one feels alone in navigating their struggles.
